Clean & dry your eye area, make sure no grease.
Things required :
1) Mirror
2) False eyelashes
3) Tweezer / Orange stick
4) False eyelash adhesive / glue
5) A pair of grooming scissors
6) Eyelash curler
7) Eyeliner (Opt)
8) Mascara (Opt)
TO START :
1) Curl your own eyelashes with eyelash curler. Comb your own eyelashes in 'Z-Z upward' stroke to spread out the lashes evenly.
2) Hold both ends of the false eyelash and try to bend a little curve.
3) Measure the length required to fit your own eyelid. Trim off excess lashes (bit by bit) with a pair of small eyebrow/grooming scissors.
(False eyelash can be slightly shorter than the length of your eye lid)
4) Apply a thin layer of eyelash adhesive on the lash bone/ lash line of the false eyelashes. Let adhesive become tacky or semi-dry (20-30 seconds) before putting them on.
5) Rest the false eyelash as close as possible on your lash line (NOT on your own eyelash!!). Try to place the false eyelash slightly away from the beginning of your eye.
(Too close will look weird & feel uncomfortable when u blink your eyes)
6) You can use a tweezer to press & hold the false eyelash until they are secured. (Adjust the lashes to fit) Push the lashes upward if it looks droopy, esp. at the end of your eyelid.
7) Once the adhesive dries, apply a layer of mascara and/or liquid eyeliners to achieve that 'natural look'.
8) Always remember to bring the eyelash glue with you (put in your bag) for touch up whenever required.
Some of us prefer to put on the make-up (eyeliner + mascara) first then comes the false eyelashes... whichever ways you think it works for you. Just try it....
